Post-op rehab
ACLs, rotator cuffs, replacements and repairs — one therapist from the first visit to the day you’re discharged.

Surgery was the start. No two recoveries run the same way.
Pre-surgery
Whether you're trying to avoid the surgery or it's already on the calendar — go in strong, or find out if you have to go in at all.
Fresh out of surgery
Following your surgeon’s protocol, one licensed therapist, start to finish — no handoffs.
Stalled progress
Months out, cleared to move, but strength and confidence haven’t come back.
Cleared, but not ready
The surgeon says the repair looks great — your body disagrees.
Getting back to sport
You don’t just want to heal; you want to return to the field, the trail, or the barbell.
If one of these is yours, you're in the right place. If your case is different, tell us — we'll say honestly whether we're the right fit.
Find what's driving it. Treat it. Load it so it holds.
An assessment, not a template
Your surgeon's protocol sets the guardrails — send it to us, or give us the surgeon's name, and we work from it, testing what's ready to load and what isn't.
Treatment that works
Manual therapy to restore motion around the repair — paired with progressive strength work that respects the protocol and rebuilds capacity phase by phase.
Education and support
You leave every visit knowing where you are in the timeline and what comes next — a home program that comes to you, not a photocopied sheet.
We measure where measuring helps. Force plates, dynamometry and gait analysis mean the decision to progress you — or hold you back — comes from a number rather than an impression.

“He didn't just treat my injury, he helped me rebuild my confidence and my strength when I honestly thought I'd never get back to normal.”
Individual one-on-one support. She listens to my progress and adjusts my plan accordingly.
After many frustrating years of injuries and working with multiple physical therapists, I finally found Kauno — and now I'm able to walk, run and live my life without constant pain.
What each visit will cost you — copay, deductible, out-of-network or self-pay.
A written estimate if you're paying out of pocket — per visit and for the likely course of care.
Whether your HSA, FSA or HRA dollars apply — confirmed before you book.
From the blog
When should I start after surgery?
Your surgeon’s protocol sets the timing — send it to us, or give us the surgeon’s name, and we’ll work from it. If surgery hasn’t happened yet, ask whether coming in beforehand is worth it in your case.
Will you work with my surgeon?
Yes — we work from your surgeon’s protocol, and when continued care needs a physician’s signature on your plan of care, we handle getting it.
Who will I actually see?
One licensed physical therapist, start to finish — no handoffs to aides or techs partway through.
