Turning potential into performance.
Strength, conditioning and programming from clinicians who know what your body has been through.
Getting started is the simple part.
Choose
Pick the service that works for you — one on one, small group or virtual. Packages and schedules are here.
Work
Our coaches meet you where you are and get you to where you want to be. Turning up is the hard part; we handle the rest.
Improve
Custom workouts and expert instruction get you to your goals quickly and safely, around whatever obstacles are in the way.
“My trainer IS my physical therapist. Something tweaks mid-workout? They don't just wince sympathetically — they fix it on the spot.”
Each session is planned before you arrive and adjusted while you are in it. Strength, conditioning and movement work, loaded properly, with someone watching the reps that matter. If something hurts, the person coaching you is qualified to work out why rather than tell you to push through.
It suits people returning to lifting after an injury, anyone who wants technique corrected in real time, and people who train better with an appointment in the calendar.
- A session written for you, and coached rep by rep
- The same coach each visit, tracking what you lifted last time
You train on your own schedule, in your own gym. Your therapist writes the block around your goals, your injury history and how many days you can realistically train — then rewrites it as you progress. You log your sessions, send video when something feels off, and get corrections back.
It suits people who know how to train but keep guessing at what to do next, and people coming out of rehab who want the progression to keep going.
- A written block, not a template, refreshed as you progress
- A named therapist who reviews your log and your video
- Substitutions when travel, pain or a bad week changes the plan
Strength, mobility and conditioning in one session, scaled per person so a beginner and a regular can work side by side without either being wasted. A physical therapist leads it, which means movements get swapped rather than skipped when someone has a cranky shoulder.
It suits people who train better with other people in the room, and anyone who wants structure without booking one-on-one time.
- Strength, mobility and conditioning in one session
- Every movement scaled to the person doing it
- A clinician leading the room, not just counting reps
Numbers, not guesswork.
Progress here is tested, not assumed. These are the tools we use to baseline you, load you, and prove the plan is working.

VALD ForceDecks
What each leg produces and absorbs, as a number — jump, landing, left-right asymmetry.

VALD DynaMo
Precise strength testing, muscle group by muscle group, retested through your plan.

Runeasi
Gait measured on the run — impact and symmetry, and what fatigue changes.
Equipped to load you properly.
Voltra 1
Motorized cable resistance with precise load control, including eccentric overload.
SmartTools BFR cuffs
Strength and muscle at light loads, for the stages when heavy loading is not yet on the table.
Coached by clinicians.
Every coach here is a doctor of physical therapy or a strength and conditioning coach who works alongside them.
