what we treat

Persistent pain

Chronic pain that’s outstayed every explanation — arthritis, old injuries, years of flare-ups. One therapist, hands on, start to finish.

does this resonate with you

When pain sticks around, everything gets harder. No two cases run the same way.

It’s been years

An ache that’s been part of life so long you’ve stopped mentioning it.

Arthritis

A diagnosis on paper, stiff and sore in the morning, and advice that amounted to “live with it.”

Flare-ups

Good weeks and bad weeks, and no clear pattern to what sets it off.

Chronic pain

The list of things you avoid keeps growing — stairs, travel, sleep positions, plans.

Told it’s “just aging”

You’ve been told nothing can be done. We’d like to examine you before agreeing.

If one of these is yours, you're in the right place. If your case is different, tell us — we'll say honestly whether we're the right fit.

how we treat it

Find what's driving it. Treat it. Load it so it holds.

01

An assessment, not a template

We start with a long conversation and a careful exam — what sets it off, what calms it, what you've tried — because persistent pain rarely has a single driver. Imaging is context; the exam is the driver.

02

Treatment that works

Hands-on work to calm symptoms and restore movement you've stopped trusting — paired with graded, progressive loading at an intensity you agree to, so gains hold.

03

Education and support

You leave understanding your pain — what it means, what it doesn't — with a plan you can watch working and a home program that comes to you, not a photocopied sheet.

We measure where measuring helps. Force plates, dynamometry and gait analysis mean the decision to progress you — or hold you back — comes from a number rather than an impression.

He didn't just treat my injury, he helped me rebuild my confidence and my strength when I honestly thought I'd never get back to normal.

quick answers
I’ve done PT before and it didn’t help. Why would this be different?

A fair question. One licensed therapist, start to finish, hands-on work plus loaded strength work every visit — and if we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so and point you to who is.

Do I need an MRI or a referral first?

No to both. California is a direct-access state, and the exam — not imaging — drives treatment. If you already have imaging, bring the report and we’ll tell you what the words actually mean for you.

Will you keep me coming forever?

No. What we don’t do is keep you on the schedule indefinitely for “maintenance.” When you don’t need us anymore, we’ll tell you.
