We're Starting a Blog!

Yes, we know—starting a blog is hardly groundbreaking. But at Kauno, our goal isn’t to chase followers or convince you we’re better than every other physical therapy or personal training brand out there. Our mission is to provide accurate, trustworthy, and easy-to-understand information for anyone looking to improve their health, movement, and performance.

While we aim to share science-based insights whenever possible, the reality is that not everything in the physical therapy and fitness world is purely objective. What we can guarantee are our honest opinions and clear, thoughtful interpretations of the research—rooted in years of clinical experience working with patients, athletes, and everyday movers.

We launched this blog to help cut through the noise surrounding rehabilitation, strength training, injury prevention, and human performance. Today, people have access to more information than ever, but most don’t have the time or expertise to separate reliable guidance from misinformation. As a result, many rely on popular social media accounts for advice. Some of these creators provide excellent, evidence-driven content (and we’ll highlight them when they do). But many others prioritize trends, endorsements, and virality over accuracy—and those are the ones we’ll help you avoid.

We’re not writing for clinicians or trainers. We’re here for patients, athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone striving to move better, feel better, and perform better.

Dr. Brian King

Brian utilizes an eclectic approach to treatment which incorporates many different styles of physical therapy in order to best treat each individual patient. His style could best be described as being holistic, that he treats the patient as a whole and not just a localized injury or dysfunction. Brian has experience treating a large variety of patients including but not limited to youth, elderly, office workers, and athletes of all levels and disciplines including those participating at the collegiate and professional level.
